Hanjing Steel Structure Wins General Contract for High-end Equipment Industrial Park Project in Shandong, Valued at 86 Million RMB

Recently, relying on its solid technical strength, rich project experience and improved full-process service system, Shandong Hanjing Steel Structure Co., Ltd. stood out among many competitors and successfully won the general contract for the steel structure project of Shandong High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, with a contract value of up to 86 million RMB. This is also one of the largest industrial steel structure projects undertaken by the company this year. Located in Linqu Economic Development Zone, Weifang, the project is in the core area of China's steel structure industrial belt, with superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The total construction area of the project is 120,000 square meters, including 3 heavy steel structure workshops, 1 12-story comprehensive office building and supporting auxiliary facilities. The overall planning is scientific and reasonable. After completion, it will become the core carrier of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in the region, attracting various high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to settle in and promoting the optimization and upgrading of the local industrial structure.
To ensure the high-quality and efficient delivery of the project, Hanjing Steel Structure has set up a special project team, which has deployed the company's core technical backbones and senior project managers to be fully responsible for the whole process of the project, including design, manufacturing, transportation and installation. In the design stage, the team will adopt BIM 3D modeling technology to conduct refined design on the layout of Steel Structure Components and node connections, optimize the construction process, reduce on-site construction errors, and ensure that the project quality meets national and industry standards. In terms of material selection, the project will all adopt Q355B high-strength steel, which has the advantages of high strength, good toughness and corrosion resistance, and can meet the load-bearing requirements of heavy industrial workshops. At the same time, combined with prefabricated construction technology, most of the steel structure components will be prefabricated in the factory and assembled modularly on site, which will greatly improve the construction efficiency and shorten the construction period.
During the construction process, the Hanjing team will strictly implement the GB50205-2020 "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering", strengthen the quality control and safety management of the whole construction process, and establish a sound quality inspection system. Each batch of incoming steel and components will be strictly inspected to ensure that the material quality is qualified; for key construction processes such as welding and hoisting, professional and technical personnel will be arranged to supervise and guide on site to ensure construction safety and project quality. In addition, the company will give full play to the advantages of local production, rely on the supply chain resources of Linqu steel structure industrial belt, optimize the logistics and transportation plan, reduce transportation costs, ensure that components enter the site on time, and ensure that the construction progress is not affected.
